This is a wonderful workshop that gives beautifully simple examples of ways to love yourself and explains how to to live embracing yourself in a world that profits from our self-loathing. It’s really so simple but our minds love to weave complicated webs of excuses and create invisible barriers to prevent us from such a basic thing. I listen to this from time to time when I need a wake up call. Begin to be love yourself by taking this workshop!
